Ingredientes:
- Massa fusilli ( ou outra a gosto)
- 2 peitos de frango (sobras de frango assado)
- Brócolos q.b.
- sal e pimenta q.b.
- 1 pacote de molho bechamel
- queijo ralado (opcional)
Cortar os peitos de frango em bocados pequenos e reservar.
Num tacho, cozer a massa com água e sal. Cozer também os brócolos, sem deixar cozer demasiado.
Escorrer muito bem a massa e os brócolos.
Num pirex de forno, colocar a massa, juntar os pedaços de peito de frango e os brócolos. Regar com o molho bechamél e polvilhar com o queijo ralado.
Levar ao forno a gratinar.
